How much does your service cost?

The initial quote is free. For ongoing work we charge either a transparent fixed fee per order or a small percentage of the order value — agreed upfront, never hidden inside factory prices.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the product. Many factories accept a few hundred units for standard items; custom or private-label products usually start higher. We negotiate MOQs down where possible and will tell you honestly if a product doesn't fit your budget.

How long does the whole process take?

Quotes typically arrive within 48 hours. Sampling takes 1–2 weeks, production 2–6 weeks depending on the product, and shipping 1–5 weeks depending on the method. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and update you weekly.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We handle FBA prep, labeling, and delivery to Amazon warehouses in the US, UK, EU, and elsewhere — including DDP shipping where duties are prepaid.

How do I pay, and is my money safe?

Standard terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection, before shipment. Payment methods include bank transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and PayPal for smaller orders. Goods are inspected and approved by you before the balance is due.
